We rush through life thinking ahead to a future time whether it's next hour or five years from now. I am determined to stay, as much as is possible, in the here and now.
Until we are fully aware of who we are, where we are, what we are, we will never be who we are meant to be.
It behooves each us to stay alert to our "nows," our minutes, seconds, and be fully present. One day at a time I can be, then I can become.
